Maxx Headroom: Beasley WXTU/Philadelphia night host Charlie Maxx has been promoted to APD & Dir./Production, and has added the noon-3pm shift previously handled by PD Mark Razz. As reported in July (CAT 7/23), the new Backstage Country night show begins airing today (9/14).
