Q Tip: As reported via Breaking News, Cumulus KUBL/Salt Lake City PD Travis Moon has been named Dir./Operations for Cox/Houston, which includes Country KKBQ & Classic Country KTHT, effective April 11. He succeeds Johnny Chiang, who left for Red Street Records earlier this year (CAT 1/27). Moon was named PD at KUBL in 2017 (CAT 7/31/17). Previous stops include two stints at KAJA/San Antonio; KEEY/Minneapolis; WUBE & WYGY/Cincinnati; KASE & KVET/Austin and two years with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Reach him here.
