Blue Steal: Austin-based programmer Jimmy Steal adds Co-Dir./Content duties for Alpha KUPL/Portland alongside Tim Richards, who is also his partner in the Collective Heads consulting firm (CAT 1/13). Steal has more than two decades of programming experience at KPWR/Los Angeles (which he still consults), EVP/Programming for Emmis and six years VP/Brand & Content for Hubbard/Chicago. In addition to his partnership role in Collective Heads, Richards has been serving as Dir./Content for KUPL for 13 months (CAT 1/12/24) and for sister station WCCQ & WXLC/Chicago since last June (CAT 6/12/24).
