I Said K-HAY, What's Goin' On? 
Nothing official, but Country Aircheck has learned that former KEGA/Salt Lake City MD/afternoon co-host Justin Taylor has joined Cumulus KHAY/Oxnard-Ventura, CA as OM/PD. He succeeds Chris Cox, who will retire March 1 after 45 years in radio (CAT 1/28). Taylor departed KEGA in November after 12 years with the cluster (CAT 11/30).
