Black River's Wilson Resigns
Black River SVP/Promotion Mike Wilson has resigned from the label, where he has worked since 2013. "My thanks to [CEO] Gordon Kerr and the entire staff at Black River for the past 10-and-a-half years," he says. "It's now time to move on to a new challenge." Wilson joined Black River as Dir./National Promotion, and was upped to VP in 2014 (CAT 9/10/14) and SVP in 2017 (CAT 1/6/17). His promotion career has also included time at RCA, Universal South, Columbia, Streamsound and Montage. No word on plans for the position. Reach Wilson here.
