Former WNCB/Raleigh MD/middayer and WTQR/Greensboro MD Mimi Wheeler has joined Curtis' WQDR/Raleigh as MD & Dir./Promotions. The MD position has been vacant since Cody Clark's departure in 2015; she succeeds the late Dede Wakefield in the promotions department (CAT 8/9). Wheeler left iHeartmedia in October and can be reached here.
