Corey On My Westward Son: As reported this morning via Breaking News, former Beasley Country National Format Brand Mgr. and WKLB/Boston PD David Corey has joined Cumulus/Detroit as Dir./FM Programming for the cluster that includes Country WDRQ. He succeeds Lance Tidwell, who exited in February (CAT 2/10). “[David’s] competitive nature is exciting, and the timing is perfect for him to join the Cumulus/Detroit team as we continue on our aggressive growth path here in The Motor City,” says VP/MM Steve Finateri.
