iHeartMedia KWBL/Denver APD/MD/afternoon personality and nationally syndicated Buckwild Saturday Night host Bryan "B-Dub" Washington has been named Hubbard KNUC/Seattle afternoon personality. He succeeds Corey Dillon, who exits after two years (CAT 4/5/18) and is on the hunt for his next opportunity; reach him here. The move reunites Washington and Hubbard/Seattle OM Scott Mahalick. The two previously worked together at Alpha KUPL/Portland, where Mahalick was PD and Washington rose from nights in 2010 to APD/MD/afternoons before departing in 2016 (CAT 1/29/16). "[I] can't wait to make some great radio with Fitz, Wingnut and the rest of the crew at The Bull, as well as work with Mahalick again," says Washington. Adds Mahalick, "We are lucky to have recruited a remarkable talent with B-Dub, and his superpower is on-air, online and everywhere, entertaining audiences with his quick wit." Washington joined KWBL in 2018 (CAT 2/6/18) from KBEB/Sacramento, where he served as PD for a year. His previous stops also include KMLE/Phoenix. Washington will continue to host his syndicated weekend show and can be reached here.
