The Ty Bentli Show Staff Exits: As Westwood One launched Morning Koffy today (Breaking News 5/1), The Ty Bentli Show co-hosts Chuck Wicks and Tricia “TJ” Jenkins, Sr. Exec. Producer Adrian Kulp and Digital Producer & Mgr./Social Media Bryan “The Web Guy” Webb officially exited. Bentli, the show’s namesake, departed earlier this year (CAT 1/30/19). “Whether it be as an artist or host, my love for Country radio is stronger than ever,” Wicks tells Country Aircheck. “The relationships I’ve made with listeners over the past 13 years will be the driving force into my next adventure. I look forward to my next opportunity to continue my career in radio.” Wicks joined the syndicated show upon its launch in 2014 as America’s Morning Show (CAT 2/15/14). Reach him here or via agent Eric Weiss here.
Jenkins joined The Ty Bentli Show last year (CAT 1/30/19) following time with KMNB/Minneapolis and stops in Salt Lake City, Omaha and San Antonio. “When…I moved to Nashville, we moved with the understanding we may only be here for a year,” she shares via Facebook. “Truth be told, we never fully unpacked our house…Even though I was scared to death, I went for it and gave it everything I had. I got to do some amazing things and more than once asked myself, ‘How is this my life?!’ I never took one single moment for granted.” She is seeking her next opportunity and can be reached here.
Kulp also joined last year (CAT 5/22/19) after career stops with Happy Madison, Borderline Amazing, CBS’s The Late Late Show, The Huffington Post and Parents Magazine. Webb has been with the show since 2017 following time with Akhia, Flash Communications and Black Squirrel Radio. Both Kulp and Webb are searching for their next opportunity and can be reached here and here, respectively.
