Hub, Bub:
As reported earlier in Breaking News, former Bell Media VP/Programming David Corey returns to Boston as PD of Beasley's WKLB, replacing retiring Country Radio Hall of Famer Mike Brophey. Brophey started at the station in 1996. His wife, APD/MD Ginny Rogers, also leaves after 24 years. Corey reunites with Boston Dir./Programming & Beasley Top 40/AC Format Captain Cadillac Jack who says, "David possesses the unique combination of being an excellent strategist and talent developer, as well as a battle-tested winner." The two worked together at crosstown iHeartMedia Top 40 WKXS beginning in the '90s.
