Alpha Cuts Hit Texas: Alpha KMKT/Sherman-Denison, TX Dir. Content/morning host Zac Grantham has exited after 11 years with the station, as part of cuts across the three-station cluster. He previously spent five years at KKAJ/Ardmore, OK. No word on plans for the position. Reach Grantham here.
Alpha has been eliminating positions throughout its smaller markets over the past two months, with cuts earlier this month in Iowa (CAT 6/14) and last month in Minnesota (CAT 5/23), Iowa, South Dakota (CAT 5/22) and Missouri (CAT 5/8).
