Lance A Lot: As reported via Breaking News Friday evening (8/27), iHeartMedia National Programming Teamer and WUBL/Atlanta afternoon personality Lance Houston has added PD duties for Country sister WBWL/Boston. He will remain based in Atlanta, where he has been since last December (CAT 12/2/20). He fills the vacancy created upon Ginny Rogers Brophey’s exit amid companywide cutbacks early last year (CAT 1/15/20). It’s a virtual return to the cluster for Houston, who programmed WBWL until moving to the company’s then-Country WEBG in 2018 (CAT 4/10/18).
