Let The Records Show: As reported via Breaking News, manager/songwriter/producer and Wide Open Music co-founder Ash Bowers has been named President of the Nashville division of Barry Weiss’ Records. Former In2une VP/Promotion Jamice Jennings and former Pearl VP/Promotion Andy Elliott join as Co-Heads/Promotion for the roster that includes Matt Stell – whose singles are worked in partnership with Arista/Nashville – Chris Bandi, Jennifer Smestad, Lathan Warlick, Chase Martin and Dylan Brady. Good Company’s Keith Gale serves as consultant to the label. Jennings spent seven years with In2une (CAT 9/14), and her prior stops include Big Machine, Cold River and Streamsound. Elliott departed Pearl in July after more than three years (CAT 7/21), with previous stops at Curb, Arista, New Revolution and KJJY & KHKI/Des Moines, IA. Reach Jennings here and Elliott here.
