Chad-illac Escalates: As reported this morning via Breaking News, Townsquare/Killeen, TX Dir./Content and Country KUSJ Brand Mgr. Chad Heritage has been named Cumulus Country WGKX/Memphis & AC sister WKIM PD. He succeeds Duane Shannon, who relinquished programming duties in July to concentrate on his role as morning co-host for WGKX’s Duane And Abby In The Morning (CAT 7/29). "Chad is the winning team member we've been looking for, and I am excited to work with him as well as learn from him," says OM Danni Bruns. Heritage joined Townsquare in June (CAT 6/5) after more than 22 years with iHeartMedia/Little Rock prior to exiting amid companywide cutbacks in January (CAT 1/14). During his tenure with iHeart, Heritage was named Country KSSN PD in 2002 and OM in 2008 (CAT 9/5/08) before being added to the Brand Management team in 2011 (CAT 11/3/11). Reach Heritage here.
