Low Profiles: Apex WCKN/Charleston, SC interim PD/morning host and middayer Andy Webb has been promoted to PD, succeeding Garret Doll, who left for WKHK/Richmond earlier this year (CAT 3/2). Webb also moves to afternoons, where he succeeds Billy Brown, who takes over in middays. Concurrently, former crosstown iHeartMedia WEZL afternoon host TJ Phillips joins Jessica Chandler in mornings for The Lowcountry's Big Show With Jessica & TJ.
