I.R.S. Agents: Former Average Joes regional Gwen Foster (CAT 4/21) and former RPME regional Will Robinson (CAT 7/25) have joined I.R.S./Nashville as Dirs./Promotion. They'll report to newly minted VP/Promotion Tom Moran (CAT 12/11). Foster's background includes Treehouse Records and 22 years in radio, including KMLE and KNIX/Phoenix, KPLX/Dallas and Edens/San Diego. Robinson, who worked with Moran at Nine North, also has radio stops including WFRE/Frederick, MD, WCAT/Harrisburg and WQYK/Tampa.
