WMLL Adds Jordan
WMLL4524.jpg Hampshire Hire: Former Audacy AC WBEB/Philadelphia weekend personality Tommy Jordan has joined Saga WMLL/Manchester, NH as morning co-host. He joins incumbent Laura Stelchook, who remained after the station flipped from Classic Rock to Country in December (CAT 12/18/23.). Jordan rounds out a lineup that includes sister Country WINQ/Keene, NH PD Mark Healey in middays, Brand Mgr. "Michael James" Czarnecki in afternoons and sister AC WZID host Sophie Sargent at night. This marks a return to Saga for Jordan, who spent time at the company's Clarksville, TN cluster and has previous stops in Lubbock, TX; Baltimore; Frederick, MD; Tulsa; and Allentown, PA.

Free To A Good Home: Saga Classic Rock WMLL/Manchester, NH flipped to Country Friday (12/15) as "96.5 Live Free Country" – a nod to New Hampshire's state motto, "Live Free Or Die." Michael Czarnecki has been named Brand Manager, joining from Binnie Media, which includes WTHT/Portland, ME, where he'd been VP/Programming since September 2022. A local airstaff will be announced soon. Manchester had previously received the format from fringe coverage of WOKQ/Portsmouth, NH, which managed a 3.2 share in the Spring Nielsen survey. Clare-voyant: Following his resignation as Cumulus WNNF/Cincinnati PD/afternoon personality earlier this week (CAT 9/27), Chris Clare will rejoin Binnie Media as Dir./Country Programming with oversight of all “The Wolf” properties, including WTHT/Portland, MEWBYA/Rockland, ME; WNWH/Concord, NH; and WXLF/Manchester, NH. He will work in tandem with newly minted Dir./Brand Operations Michael Czarnecki (CAT 9/27) and reports to VP/Programming Heath Cole. In Portland, he succeeds Corey Garrison, who exited earlier this month (CAT 9/17). “Not only does [Chris] have a proven track record of success, but he has a fresh perspective and enthusiasm we know will take The Wolf to the next level,” says Cole. It is a return to the company for Clare, who previously programmed WTHT from 2016-2017 (CAT 8/17/17). His prior stops include WYCT/Pensacola, FL; WYTY/Cincinnati; and time in New Orleans, Denver and Indianapolis. Reach Clare here

Binnie There, Done That: iHeartMedia News-Talk WONK/Washington, DC PD Michael Czarnecki has joined Binnie Media as Dir./Brand Operations working alongside VP/Programming Heath Cole to oversee stations in New Hampshire and Maine, including Country outlets WTHT/Portland, ME; WNWH/Concord, NH; and WXLF/Manchester, NH. “In his new role, Michael will work closely with our marketing, promotions, News-Talk and music initiatives in all formats,” explains Cole.
