McVay Of The World: Cumulus SVP/Content & Programming Mike McVay is moving into the company's top programming role as EVP/Content & Programming John Dickey departs. The moves come as part of executive restructuring reported earlier (Breaking News 9/29) and detailed below. McVay joined Cumulus more than four years ago (BN 7/31/11) after 28 years leading his own consulting and syndication company. He extended his deal in April (CAT 4/2).
