Bentli Departs Cumulus: As reported earlier via Breaking News, Westwood One/Cumulus nationally syndicated The Ty Bentli Show host Ty Bentli has departed for an opportunity outside of radio, according to a Cumulus spokesperson. No word on plans for the rebranding of the show, but co-host Chuck Wicks and Tricia "TJ" Jenkins remain. "Chuck Wicks and TJ will take the hosting reins from Ty...[and] we will continue to provide country music fans with the ultimate in morning entertainment from Music City," says the Cumulus spokesperson. "We wish Ty all the best in his new endeavor."

Bentli segued from Cumulus Hot AC WRQX/Washington, DC mornings to succeed Blair Garner on then-America's Morning Show with Wicks and Kelly Ford in 2016 (CAT 8/15/16). The show was re-branded The Ty Bentli Show in late 2018 (CAT 12/3/18) and currently airs across more than 40 affiliates stateside and in the U.K. as an afternoon program for Bauer Media's Country Hits Radio (CAT 3/28/19).
