As reported this morning via Breaking News, Foundry Records Dir./National Promotion Rick Baumgartner has been elevated to VP/Promotion and brings aboard Dirs./Regional Promotion Brad Howell, Mary Lynne O’Neal and Pat Surnegie. Both Howell and O’Neal previously served at Cold River Records prior to its shuttering last year (CAT 9/17/19). Howell’s additional stops include Warner Bros., Broken Bow, Valory and Equity; reach him here. O’Neal spent more than eight years with Cold River following time with Premiere; reach her here. Foundry, which is home to flagship artists Shenandoah and Austin Merrill (CAT 10/30/19), launched last September (CAT 9/30/19).
