Opportunity Knox: Alpha KGNC/Amarillo, TX OM/PD/afternoon personality Scott Gaines has joinied Summit/Knoxville as OM & Country WCYQ PD. As OM, he succeeds Kevin “Gravy” Canup, who exited in May (CAT 5/10). EVP/Programming Randy Chase has been handling WCYQ PD duties since his arrival last June (CAT 6/18/20). “Summit/Knoxville is excited to welcome a radio veteran of Scott’s caliber to the Knoxville market, [and] I’m looking forward to having his expertise and passion [as] part of our team,” says Chase.
