Connoisseur KUPL/Portland Asst. Dir./Content Dylan Salisbury has been promoted to Dir./Content as Collective Heads' Tim Richards and Jimmy Steal step down from their Co-Dir./Content duties. Salisbury reports to OM Ross MacLeod and will continue to serve in the same role for Top 40 sister KBFF. He added his most recent KUPL role last year (CAT 1/23/24), shortly after Richards began overseeing KUPL content (CAT 1/12/24). Steal joined the team in February (CAT 2/18/25). Collective Heads will continue to work with Connoisseur SVPP Keith Dakin on "specialized strategic initiatives."
